I directed podcast video production and managed publishing across YouTube and podcast platforms. This included writing titles and descriptions, organising episodes, selecting clips, and coordinating distribution across owned channels to maintain consistency and cadence.

I identified strong moments from long-form podcast episodes and repurposed them into short-form clips designed for fast consumption. My focus was on pacing, hooks, and clarity to ensure clips worked in a social context while staying on brand.
